Run through DeepDream a few times
Other Artists Approach to Video
Some people have been trying to make a video filter out of it, but the results have been disappointing. When you process every frame through Deepdream, the results change slightly from frame to frame, and it looks kind of like static.
My Solution
Instead of running every frame through, I used Morpheus to make the tweens. Morpheus kind of sucks because you can't adjust the curves, or have overlapping timing on the points.
This is my best one.

I have been wondering if my natural talents are more akin to creative problem solving than narrative creativity...
